Lead-Generator Form Builder

A very complex form builder used for lead generation. A form can have any number of slides, a slide can have any number of input fields.

Forms can be A/B tested on the domain level. Generated Leads can be distributed to various 3rd parties, via their API urls through the distribution system, which calculates the best outcome in terms of payout.
The Admin Panel also comes with a Reports Builder, which can build any type of report and aggregation that is needed.
